What if I need to change my order?

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at support@suave.dog from 9am to 6pm CST.

What’s the status of my order?

To check the status of an order, please contact us at support@suave.dog. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please feel free to reach out via social media at any time!

Interested in placing a bigger order?

To purchase Suave Dog gift cards or sunglasses in quantities greater than ten, send an email to support@suave.dog. We’ll be happy to help!

SIZE/FIT

Dog retainers are one size fits most for medium to large dogs. We currently do not offer smaller sunglasses and retainers for small dogs.

We have a 30-day return policy from date of purchase. Undamaged returns will receive a refund credited to the original payment method.
